Privacy policy

The controller of the data processed on this site is PIO SPORTS LTDA, a company registered in Brazil. This policy explains what we collect and, above all, what we don't.

Email files: we don't collect them

The .ost and .pst files you open are read and converted inside your browser, on your computer. No email, attachment, contact or folder name is sent to us. The page is configured so that it cannot send data to other addresses.

What we process

Purchase: your email address and the plan you bought. Payment is processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which collects your billing details under its own privacy policy. We never receive your card details.
License: the buyer's email and, for per-mailbox licenses, the mailbox code. That code is a cryptographic digest computed from the file; it does not reveal the email address or the contents of the mailbox.
License email: the license is delivered by email through our email provider (Resend).
In your browser: an activated license is stored in your browser's own storage and is not sent to us.
Site access: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical access data, such as IP addresses, for security and operation.

We don't use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Purpose and retention

We use this data to deliver and validate your license, provide support and meet legal obligations. It is kept while the license is active and for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or for information about how it is processed, by writing to contato@ostsaver.com.br. This applies under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD and similar laws. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
