Refund policy

The free version lets you open, read and convert part of every folder before you buy, precisely so you can check the result in Outlook.

14 days, no questions asked

If the license doesn't work for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask

  1. Write to contato@ostsaver.com.br with the email used for the purchase, or reply to the Paddle receipt you received.
  2. If you can, tell us what didn't work. It helps us improve the program, but it is not a condition for the refund.
  3. The refund is issued by Paddle, our reseller, to the original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a purchase is refunded, its license is canceled.
